Data Deletion

At AIVA, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data stored by AIVA. We value your privacy and make this process simple and transparent.
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account and data is directly through the AIVA mobile application:
- Open the AIVA app.
- Navigate to your Profile or settings area.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. Your AIVA app data will be removed from active systems.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by email:
- Send an email to contact@aivapp.pro.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Please send the email from the same address associated with your AIVA account so we can verify ownership.
- We will process your verified request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once completed.
What Data is Deleted?
- Your AIVA account profile and onboarding data.
- Your beauty profile, preferences, and app settings.
- Saved looks, uploaded photos, generated images, and gallery data.
- Community content associated with your account.
- Your credit balance and app-side purchase state stored by AIVA.
Note: If you have an active subscription managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage your subscription through your device's store subscription settings.
