By accessing or using AIVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

AIVA is an AI-powered beauty app for makeup try-ons, hair and beauty transformations, saved looks, community sharing, and AI beauty chat. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process user-submitted photos and text prompts. For details on photo processing and AI providers, review our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer: AIVA is for entertainment, informational, and creative beauty planning purposes only. It is not a medical tool and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. AI-generated beauty results may be subjective, inaccurate, or different from real-world results.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Use only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Be at least 13 years of age, or older if required by your local laws.

We use third-party authentication services for account management. By creating an account, you agree to keep your login credentials secure and comply with applicable provider terms.

AIVA offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro access and grant image-generation credits each billing period. AIVA may also offer one-time credit packs. Pro access includes features such as:

• AI beauty try-ons and image generation credits
• Pro-only AIVA chat
• Saved looks and beauty planning features
• Community and gallery features available in the app

Billing: Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Restore Purchases: You can restore purchases in the app using the Restore Purchases button on the subscription screen.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Refunds: Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, and billing disputes are handled under Apple or Google store policies. Deleting your AIVA account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

You retain ownership of photos, prompts, and content you upload to AIVA. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide and operate the Service.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and process any photo you submit.
• AI-generated results are provided for creative preview and planning purposes and may not match real-world outcomes.

You agree not to:

• Do not upload photos of others without explicit consent.
• Do not use AIVA to harass, bully, impersonate, or harm others.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract app source code or models.
• Do not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

AIVA's design, software, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and user content, and you grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide and operate the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVA and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or subjective.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
